Terms of Use
These terms explain the basic conditions for using FastCue personal-record features, the limits of health information, and your responsibilities.
Service operator
FastCue is operated by Reverse Insight, a sole proprietorship in the Republic of Korea. The business address is Unit 602, Building 112, 127, Buil-ro 9-gil, Guro-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. Contact: reverseinsight.official@gmail.com.
Service scope
FastCue is a personal-record tool for fasting time, manually entered morning weight, tags, and related context. Use of the app assumes that you understand and follow these terms and the notices shown in the product.
Not medical advice
FastCue provides tracking and information only and is not medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Consult a qualified health professional about whether fasting or weight management is appropriate for you, and stop using the app and seek help if symptoms concern you.
Records and Insights
You are responsible for the accuracy of values you enter. Insights apply deterministic rules to sufficient comparable history and report observations; they do not prove causes, promise health outcomes, or identify an optimal fasting schedule.
Pro tools and purchase availability
Personal-record Insights, notification settings and fasting-progress display, JSON export and import, and advanced tag organization may be designated Pro tools. Creating and using tags and fixed-sample Insights are included in Free. Notification timing or display can be delayed or limited by permission, device, and operating-system settings. Subscription support can be disabled by build or store configuration, and this page does not promise a specific price, trial, or current ability to purchase. The store purchase sheet shows the actual price, term, auto-renewal, and any free-trial eligibility at purchase. Management or cancellation of, and refund requests for, an App Store or Google Play subscription are handled through that store under its applicable terms and policies. These Terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights, including withdrawal or refund rights, under applicable law.
Acceptable use
Use the app for lawful personal-record purposes. Do not interfere with app, store, or diagnostic-service security; bypass access controls; misuse exported data; or use FastCue in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
The app and your records
You manage the records you enter under your own responsibility. Rights in the FastCue name, app design, code, and supplied content remain with their respective rights holders; using the app does not grant a right to copy or redistribute them.
Availability and changes
Features can vary by device, operating system, build, and store configuration. Data formats or features may require migrations or notices, but FastCue does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or restoration across every device.
Your backup and decision responsibility
Use the available manual export for important records and confirm that restore replaces current local data. Do not base health, nutrition, or treatment decisions only on observations displayed by the app.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated when product behavior or conditions change. We will announce ordinary changes in the app or on this site at least 10 days before they take effect, and changes that are material or disadvantageous to users at least 30 days before they take effect. We will follow any longer notice, individual notification, or consent requirement imposed by law. Urgent legal or security changes may take effect first to the extent necessary and be announced as soon as reasonably possible.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and the relationship between you and the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. However, this choice of law does not deprive you of any protection provided by mandatory consumer-protection laws of the country where you habitually reside. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law, including the Korean Civil Procedure Act and the Act on Private International Law, will have jurisdiction over disputes relating to the Service.
